What inspired you to start designing head pieces?
After I cut off my hair, I wanted to decorate my short cut, with something glamorous. I decided headpieces would be a fabulous addition to my outfits and compliment my unique style.
Why did you name the collection ENVY?
The name of the collection was inspired by the collection as a whole. The headpieces are one of a kind, and fabulous, a piece that no one else would have. A person that can rock a head piece eludes self confidence and diva-esque chic.

How did you make the head pieces?
The pieces are made from fabric, feathers, and different vintage trinkets. All pieces are hand sewn together. In addition to how I make them, each head piece is detachable, so one head band can hold any head piece.
When did you start creating the collection?
I started creating the collection ENVY in April 2010.
Who inspired them?
I was inspired by the beautiful church women who wear ornate hats to church. They are so fabulous and really catch your eye, that it inspired the grandness of my pieces.
Who do they attract?
The ENVY collection attracts all types of people, young old, men and women. What people are attracted to the most is its originality. People are not used to seeing headpieces on others, especially like the ones in the ENVY collection. It turn heads because it is out of the ordinary.
Are they customizable? How?
Each piece is customizable, depending on the inspiration. A person can get a piece made specifically for them, depending on what they like. It’s all about creating pieces that encompass the individuals’ personality and style.
